Bulkheads

If you thought bulkheads were simple boxes made to hide the utilities serving your washers and that their design did little more than hinder your access to the back of those machines, think again.

High Mark has brought the bulkhead to new levels—delivered ready to install, shaving time and expense down considerably. They are also designed with function in mind, giving easier access for servicing your equipment.

Standard widths are 14.5", 22.5" and 30", but we also offer a 36" option for those larger projects. Each bulkhead is built to your specifications, based on the need of your equipment mix and the desires of the laundry owner. We offer everything from standard quarter-turn ball valves and galvanized tube steel frames to optional access doors and drain troughs, setting our bulkheads apart. And we pride ourselves on finding solutions to your common installation problems.

Because our bulkheads carry a UL listing, they can be financed and depreciated with the rest of their equipment.

ABS Troughs

Our troughs do more than just drain waste water. Like all our products, High Mark drain troughs are built from durable materials and designed with a focus on function.

Imagine a simple solution to a tangle of PVC filling your bulkhead. High Mark drain troughs provide just that—superior containment while freeing up valuable space. They also support light foot traffic meaning you can utilize the open space in the bulkhead for maintenance and repairs.

With integrated lint screens, our troughs are approved for lint filtration, eliminating the need for an expensive lint interceptor elsewhere in your laundry.

Whether draining into the top of our troughs, through a water-tight connection into the side, or with a stand pipe for pump-drain machines, we can size a trough for any space. Install in ground or above, and if they are ordered with High Mark bulkheads they come pre-sloped.

And our troughs carry an ICC-ES listing insuring they are compliant to Section 1703 of the International Building Code, ASME Code 112.6.3 and International Plumbing Codes 406.1 and 1003.6.

Polypropylene Troughs

Whether you’re building a new facility or needing to make an old OPL function better, High Mark drain troughs are your secret weapon. Our troughs are sized to contain a full dump of all machines draining into them and designed to keep debris out of your sewer line, so they offer solutions to problems before they are problems.

We offer both ABS and Polypropylene troughs to suit any application—ask us about the one that will work best for you.

•  Resistant to heat, chemicals and corrosion
•  PVC lint screens are 1/4" thick with 3/8" holes on 3/4" spacing and overflow cutouts included
•  Clear hinged lid allows for easy view and access to the lint screens for cleaning
•  Accepted as lint filtration eliminating the need for lint interception elsewhere
•  Optional sump pump for laundries without a direct drain option
•  Our troughs can be installed above ground or below and machines can drain into the top or the sides
•  ABS is sturdy enough to withstand light foot traffic, simplifying maintenance and repairs to your machines
•  Polypropylene seems are heat welded
•  Additional lint screens available as an option
•  Easier and less expensive than PVC systems

These tandem seats are proudly made in North America and are built to stand the test of time. Available in perforated steel or in a polyurethane option that gives you the look of upholstery with the versatility of an anti-microbial, easy-care surface.

•  3 timeless poly colors: Royal Blue, Gray or Black
•  2 arm styles (optional)

High Mark offers something more than just utilitarian with our durable and attractive laminate tables with traditional styling. No matter the size of the laundry, these tables fit right in.

Choose from hundreds of high-pressure laminate colors and patterns to compliment any décor without compromising on quality or longevity.

All our tables are laminated top and bottom with a PVC edgebanding proven to outlast the old standards. The legs are built from 2" powdercoated tube steel to hold up to even the most demanding laundromat.

Available with or without back splash or upper shelves, they come in standard depths and lengths but can also be built to custom sizes for a wide range of configurations.

Radius Tables

High Mark offers a fresh take on an old favorite.

We have manufactured durable and attractive laminate tables for years, now we offer a second option with this eye-catching radius table. If your next project deserves something a step above, these tables fill the bill.

Choose from hundreds of high-pressure laminate colors and patterns to compliment any décor without compromising on quality or longevity.
